restaurants with multiple rater scores receive an aggregate score ≥0
5 = superb, and worthy of forcing into conversations
4 = excellent, and would regularly patronize
3 = great
2 = good, but not preferred
1 = okay, but worse than other options
0 = to be avoided
-1 = score suppressed, only one rating
-2 = unrated
high scores signify objective quality
scores are not limited to within-d.c. restaurant comparison
scores are not limited to within-type restaurant comparison
scores may be based on outdated information
prior chefs, menus, suppliers, etc.
